History MuseumVietnam History Museum is located near the Municipal Theater and Hoan Kiem Lake in downtown Hanoi. The museum preserves a large number of valuable artifacts from various historical periods. The history of the period of independence and feudalism, which lasted from the 10th to the 19th centuries with the Dinh, Tien Le, Ly, Tran, Ho, Le, Mac, Tay Son, and Nguyen dynasties, are represented by many valuable collections. These exhibits help visitors to get a better understanding of the Vietnamese culture. The last part of the exhibit relates the victory of the August 1945 Revolution.
