Big Buddha202-tonne Giant Buddha is the world's largest, seated, outdoor bronze statue of Buddha, at 26 metres high. Visible far out at sea (and from Macau on a clear day), the statue sits atop a magnificent flight of steps which officially opened in December, 1993.
